FRESH ROCKET LEAVES, LOTS OF BASIL, FRESHLY PICKED BLACKBERRIES, BLUE CHEESE (I USED ST AGUR BECAUSE I LOVE IT'S CREAMINESS), CHOPPED WALNUTS AND PUMPKIN SEEDS
FOR THE DRESSING - OLIVE OIL, DARK OR WHITE BALSAMIC (I USED WHITE), MAPLE SYRUP, ROCK SALT AND BLACK PEPPER
MIX ALL THE DRESSING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND TASTE UNTIL IT'S TO YOUR LIKING.
PLACE THE GREEN LEAVES AND FRESH BASIL IN A BOWL AND DRIZZLE WITH THE DRESSING - GIVE IT A MIX - TOP WITH THE BLACKBERRIES AND CHUNKS OF BLUE CHEESE AND SPRINKLE WITH THE NUTS AND SEEDS AND ENJOY.
