4 ONIONS QUARTERED, 2 TBSPS FINO DARK BALSAMIC, 8 SAUSAGES, 400ML BEEF STOCK, 1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, 2 TBSPS PLAIN FLOUR
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 220C. QUARTER THE ONIONS AND PLACE IN A ROASTING TIN AND DRIZZLE WITH DARK BALSAMIC. SEASON. PLACE THE SAUSAGES ON TOP AND COOK FOR 30 MINS. STIR HALFWAY THROUGH. MAKE THE STOCK, ADDING THE FLOUR AND THE WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND POUR IN TO THE ROASTING TIN. RETURN TO THE OVEN AND COOK FOR A FURTHER 10 MINS. SERVE WITH MASH.
