1 X 396G TIN CONDENSED MILK, 2 TSPS VANILLA EXTRACT, 125ML EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, 500G WHIPPING CREAM, SEA SALT TO TASTE
COMBINE CONDENSED MILK, VANILLA EXTRACT AND OLIVE OIL IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL.
WHIP CREAM UNTIL STIFF. STIR A THIRD OF THE CREAM IN TO THE MILK MIXTURE THEN CAREFULLY FOLD IN THE REMAINING CREAM. ADD IN SEA SALT TO TASTE.
POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A TUPPERWARE AND FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 6 HOURS. REMOVE FROM THE FREEZER 5 MINS BEFORE SERVING SO IT IS SLIGHTLY MELTED WHICH MAKES IT REALLY CREAMY.
SERVE WITH BERRIES.
