After a very very long wait I am unbelieveably happy to have finally recieved a palet of Dark Balsamic and as you can see I cannot stop smiling! It has been a long time coming, and I had honestly begun to wonder if it would ever come - love the Spaniards as I do, coping with their "mañana mañana" attitude can sometimes be rather trying! I am so grateful to all of you who have been waiting so patiently and I hope you will be happy too. So for now you will mainly find me busy bottling in Global HQ!
A WARMING LUNCH .....
It's so nice when someone tells me they have loved a recipe from my website - it's good to know they sometimes give a little bit of inspiration! This Spanish Style Mushrooms recipe is a favourite of mine, and unsurprisingly happens to use Fino Dark Balsamic! It is quick and simple to rustle up, and would make the perfect warming lunch on a freezing cold day like today. Oh my it is soooo cold out there!
I hope the news of the "long awaited arrival" might have put a smile on some faces.
